New media voice, propaganda tool, or money machine?

Al Gore gets heated

I WANT MY IPO!

Al Gore’s Current Media Inc. has withrawn its IPO. Is this company creating new media voice, or is it a propaganda tool?  Or is it just a another way for Al Gore to make money?

The Internet can be a wonderful thing.  But to those with less than a skeptical eye on the content, it could easily be used to promote an agenda or political cause.

But then, I don’t think Al Gore has an agenda to promote, do you? And I’m absolutely positive he’s not trying to make money off this “global warming” thing.  Is he?

(Note to self:  Man, I love this photo of Gore!  I wonder how much he was paid to pose like this?  Oh, is this how he was really showing his emotion over the fear of climate change?  OK, but I’d believe it more if he actually practiced what he preached, and reduced his carbon footprint.  Oh yeah, that means really reducing it, not just paying carbon “guilt taxes” to the company he owns.  Does he really think we’re that stupid?
